For those of you looking for a fresh change on your GSM Galaxy Nexus (sorry, Sprint/Verizon users, but it should be coming soon), check out Xpert ROM, which practically turns your GNex into an Sony Xperia Z.

Android 4.2.2 was just leaked 2 days ago and being *slowly* updated to many Nexus devices right now. Well, one of the first (if not the first) Nexus device to get a fully, rooted version is the Galaxy Nexus.
Currently this is ONLY available for GSM and Verizon Galaxy Nexus users but it shouldn’t be too long before Android 4.2.2 is spread all over custom ROMs by next week.
Some of the major changes include performance improvements and also quick toggling WiFi and Bluetooth by doing long-press.

Looking for a solid ROM like AOKP or JBSourcery? Well, here’s another great ROM you can try, XenonHD ROM.
Based on Android 4.2.1, the XenonHD ROM has very similar features to AOKP’s ROM Control Settings with some more additional features like build prop editor, PIE Control, and some more.
It’s not all too-different from AOKP but it does offer those subtle differences that may satisfy your cravings for a new ROM.
